Return Policy
At The Fishwrapper, we take pride in the quality of our products. We only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Eligible Returns
We will issue a replacement or refund only if your item arrives damaged (or is defective due to a production error).
Reporting Damage
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping packaging (including any visible damage)
What We’ll Do
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide one of the following (at our discretion):
- A replacement item shipped at no cost, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that are not damaged
- Buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections.
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery (misuse, accidents, etc.)
Shipping / Return Instructions
Do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is required, we’ll provide return instructions.
